wah 2 days off just flew like tat, and i gonna work extra hours this week. shld be v tiring ba T_T

yes chef gonna take long break on 15th june ^^

Sometimes i wonder y i doesnt have any patience to teach the other trainee, i knw i am short-temper but sometimes she really gif mi the "doesnt bother to learn" face and bu shuang the tone. It make mi pek cek her but i cant coz she is from special school. Sometimes we will feel bad to ask her to do simple things rather den teaching her new stuff. We really wan to teach her but it really tiring coz we stand there and see how she do step by step as she will make some mistake.

eg : make simple vanilla sauce is just hand whisk milk + pastry cream pwd, instead of tat she boil the milk? tat really shock lao san ..

Sometime even u taught her afew times, she will also forget it.



argh i dono how to express wad i wan to say using the proper word. oh god, time to upgrade my english liao... lol
