The beach volleyball drain mi out, my engery lvl is still low @_@

kelly, the jiejie there ask mi to do pizza dough for her b4 she reach work so she can do the dough alone with the trainne. (she start work at 2pm )

But i dono y chef make it ard 11+ going 12. somemore only mi and other trainee from special sch and i am busy with my own stuff and taking store. So chef and other trainne do the pizza dough, den he realise tat trainne dono how to knit the dough -.- and he stop mi from going to take store, so i was there alone to knit 200++ pizza dough while he was cutting the dough and other trainee juz there to place the done dough to the container -.-

( i am nt blaming her for dono, i juz hate my chef y he done it early when there is no ppl there to do the dough, as u guys know big recipe of pizza dough need more ppl to do if nt it will over proof) and i did my best using 30mins with 2 hands to knit the 200+ dough...

After tat it was ard 1.15pm i think, i cant go to store coz storeman taking lunch break so i pack the pizza dough and my chef ask now u go take store loh.

My reply to him was: store already close liao, he ans mi bak: huh so fast meh?
wah lao ppl don need eat lunch meh -.-

After packing all the dough, i send it up to the chiller and bump into kelly... she told mi she saw the pizza dough in the chiller and ask mi " so gd ah, help mi do the pizza dough" @_@

Then i said ur head la, i dono chef y do so early plus the trainne dono how to do the dough, and she was lucky la coz she say she wan to do alone with the trainee mah ;/

But also thanks to her for helping mi to do the pantry order, if nt i am dead meat liao

After doing the pizza dough, i join those kitchen staff for beach volleyball and gt bak home ard 7.40pm.. (Tat explain y my engery was drain? ><)

oh gosh i still need to wake up at 5am to work... lol bo bian drag myself up to work, and i am walking like a zombie... coz no engery to walk and luckily i gt off today and tml but i receive a sms from chef asking mi to work tml -.-

omfg i use to love holidays but i fking hate it now ><
It means tat there would be more ppl coming to my hotel. oh god i am dead meat and stress ....

sian, i gtg charge batt liao... blog again nxt time abt the beach volleyball ba ^^
