All of the conflict against the gals had gone ;p

ok i shall say EC is a fun and tiring day....
Service staff in rosette and DCS student din communicate well...
wth last min keep changing the number of pax...
lucky bajit came in and help us called the service staff to check...
Thurs actually is 111 pax den change to 141 pax... wth
Fri was 16x pax -.-
sat more worse, 16x pax confirm + 2x pax nt confirm...

omg i think some sort screw up the EC.
we asked jon to order ingredient but the ingredient was kept at dono whr,
he din ask ppl ard whr our ingredient go?
and

we screw our petit four coz of him, we use the sch ingredient first,
and the ingredient turn up expire... wth sia
and we remake the petit four...
dessert was kana screw up abit, but hope they finish by tml...
and our pro jon made 250 bread in 3 days?
