Cab down to sch,
was abt to late but heng nv,
rush to practical class, It was so slient and scary.
coz no one talking at all, all busy preparing ingredient.
I still scare i cant do all the dish in time.
but lucky my bro help mi some and i help him some.
heng gt my bro help mi think of how to do plating,
but quite ps la, gt alot of senior and DCS student looking at the way we present the dish..
ok i shall not say much and let the pictures talk =D


Appetizer (look so messy, coz i anyhow plate)
Soup (too thick, but alot of us fail this dish) ;x
Main course (my main course is always the same) ;/
like someone ate my chicken? sir taste my chicken @_@

last dish, IT DESSERT TIME ;)

last min make dessert, so don complain much ;p

btw i like the cup which yvonne help mi buy, so cute and cheap ;/ thx a millon ;p
